Please call for an appointment. Some of
our pets are still in foster homes, so if you're interested in a particular one, please mention

Animal Friends – VA needs foster homes for the animals we bring into our rescue. We want to get as many dogs as possible out of the shelters and into forever homes, but we can only do that if we have foster families.

Volunteering at adoption events
One of our greatest needs is help showing off our pets best traits at our adoption events. We would love to have you join us.
Volunteering to transport pets
Pets need our help who are often located elsewhere in Virginia and we need help getting them to our facility.
